General

By working together, you must accept the terms and conditions set forth here to avoid problems or misunderstandings.

  • The commission is for personal use only.
  • If the payment method you will use is PayPal, the corresponding commission is your responsibility.
  • Commercial use fees are worth twice the price.
  • Don't trace, copy, or claim the artwork as yours.
  • Please credit me if you are using the art on social media. (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • I can decline the commission if I don't feel comfortable.
  • I can use the artwork for promotion purposes (commission samples, speedpaints). If you wouldn't like your commission to be posted, let me know it.
  • My style is still experimental, so please note this if you want to commission me.
  • NFT/AI are not allowed.
  • I draw on canvas of 1080x1080 (min.)

PAYMENTS

  • The 100% or 75% payment is made before the commission begins.
  • Additional characters, accessories, specific backgrounds, and detailed characters have an additional cost depending on the style to be handled.

Deliveries

  • My working time is 1 week to 1 month for each commission, sometimes in less time (depending on the style to be handled). Please be patient uvu.
  • Payment must be made within 4 days after an invoice is sent, otherwise the order will be canceled.
  • You will be given information on what steps I will take when starting work, the files will be delivered via mail in png. for higher quality.

REFUNDS

  • If the commission was not delivered in the scheduled time, and if extra time is not notified in advance, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
  • In case you want to cancel the commission before the final delivery, the amount previously deposited will not be returned, you just will not have to pay the rest. In addition to the fact that the advanced art will be my authorship.

PERMITTED USES

  • FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY (profile, covers, etc it's oke).
  • FOR COMERCIAL USE The price is multiplied by 2. (Ex: merchandising, pins, etc.) from the rest…
  • MERCHANDISHING is PROHIBITED.
  • You CAN'T use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc., or AI.
  • The client can post the commission wherever they want ♡ but they can't claim the work as theirs.
  • Print the image on objects or paper for personal use only (Ex: A gifts, shirts, badges, etc...).
